This Agile Foundations training has been designed for organizations that want to launch new in house teams or to help teams reconnect back to the Scrum practice fundamentals.

This training is provided in 2 formats: 

One day Theory – Lean and Scrum principles will be explored as per the above topics.

Two day Theory and Simulation – A Scrum Simulation will be be included on the 2nd day that will tie together all of the concepts used on the first day.

No Death by PowerPoint. Our training is designed to be hands on, engaging and experiential through the use of adult learning methods. Expect to be collaborating with your class peers and sharing experiences with each other.

Included in the training package is a digital workbook demonstrating the Product Owner techniques taught in the class complete with examples.

Digital collaboration board material created during the class will be rendered and provided to you.
